Could your achievements support a U.S. talent-visa case?

Most strong candidates never apply because they assume talent visas are only for celebrities. Answer a five-minute assessment built on the evidence categories USCIS actually uses, see where your profile is strong and where it is thin, and get a free case review from our team.

Who it is for

Built for accomplished global professionals

Startup foundersRaised capital, built products others use, or led a company through selective programs.
AI, ML & data professionalsPublished, patented, open-sourced or shipped work with measurable adoption.
Software & cybersecurity leadsSenior engineers whose work changed how an organization or field operates.
Product & engineering leadersCritical roles at organizations with a distinguished reputation.
Researchers & academicsPeer-reviewed publications, citations, grant review and conference judging.
ExecutivesLeadership in banks, telecoms, energy and enterprises with documented impact.
What the assessment looks at

The eight evidence categories

O-1A generally needs evidence in at least three of these, or one major internationally recognized award. USCIS then weighs the record as a whole.

EB-1A uses a similar initial test with ten categories (two extra apply mainly to the arts) followed by a final-merits review. Meeting three categories does not by itself mean approval.

A note from Sergio, founder

You get a straight answer, not a sales pitch

I started MeritPath Visa because talented people get told two things: "you are not famous enough", or "you definitely qualify, pay now". Neither helps. Our team looks at your real evidence, tells you which route is realistic and what is missing, and works with U.S.-licensed immigration attorneys who prepare and file the case. If the honest answer is "not yet", you will hear that from us, along with what to build first.

FAQ

Before you start

Who is MeritPath Visa?

A private visa-strategy and case-preparation team. We are not a law firm and do not give legal advice ourselves. Legal advice and petition filing are handled by independent U.S.-licensed immigration attorneys we work with.

Will the assessment tell me whether I qualify?

No online tool can. It shows your likely strengths and evidence gaps. The free case review that follows is where a real person looks at your profile.

Do I need to be famous or have a Nobel Prize?

No. Most cases rely on evidence in at least three categories, such as judging others' work, original contributions, publications or a critical role, rather than one famous award.

What happens to my information?

Your answers go to the MeritPath team. If you move forward, we share your file with the U.S.-licensed attorney who handles your case. We never sell your data.

How much does it cost?

The assessment and first case review are free. Professional fees for O-1A and EB-1A cases commonly range from about $7,000 to $11,000, plus government filing fees. You get an exact quote before you commit to anything.

Can anyone guarantee approval?

No. Anyone who guarantees a U.S. government decision is not being honest with you. What we can do is tell you how strong your case looks and how to make it stronger.

Is this a government website?

No. MeritPath Visa is a private company and is not affiliated with USCIS, the U.S. Department of State or any government agency.

My country has U.S. travel restrictions. Can you still help?

Often, yes. Restrictions affect some visa types more than others, and options differ if you are already in the U.S. Complete the assessment and the review will cover your situation.

Can I delete my information?

Yes. Email hello@meritpathvisa.com to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop emails.
